Day 9 May 29, 2011

Detail shot of horse, this is a chestnut. Every horse has them on all 4 legs, right above front knee or below hind hock they are like a fingerprint. It is basically like a fingernail or hoof.
Peeling the layers that stick out is part of the grooming process. Dogs love them.
